I started my Human Resources career back in 2011, and I have never looked back. Human beings can be unpredictable at times, that is what makes my role versatile. I am a natural problem solver. The challenging situations excite me. I am fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to be innovative where needed and provide ‘outside the box’ solutions. I consider myself to be assertive and direct as well as being compassionate when needed. In my role current role as Senior HR Advisor I report directly to the Head of HR. As a HR generalist I have exposure to all elements of human resources including recruitment and payroll processing in addition to managing employee relations. My strengths include;• Disciplinary processes both Conduct and Performance Management• Workplace Investigations• Restructuring Departments• Policy writing and updatingDue to my level of experience I mostly provide advice and support to Management including Senior Management. I regularly deliver workshops to people managers on ‘Conduct Management’ and ‘Workplace Investigations.’ I am passionate about fairness and am an active member of the Munich Re. UK & Ireland Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. I have most recently enjoyed planning, organising and delivering activities for Munich Re’s first Neurodiversity Celebration Month. This was a great success!
