SCALE-UP is een Europese project, gericht op 3 urban nodes (Antwerpen, Madrid en Turku) hun mobiliteitsbeleid naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Traject vervult in dit project de rol van lokale evaluator, verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van indicatoren, output en het proces van de verschillende maatregelen.

Spits Gent is het mobiliteitsoördinatiecentrum voor de zuidelijke rand van Gent, een project mede uitgevoerd door de mobiliteitsexperten van Traject in opdracht van stad Gent. Als mobiliteitsexpert binnen het projectteam, voer ik analyses uit, onderhoud contacten met bedrijven en ondersteun en ontwikkel mee communicatiecampagnes voor de zuidelijke mozaïek.

The social council is the decision-making organ for policy and finances of the student facilities management. The student facilities management includes student housing, student restaurants, financial support, job service for students, etc. Fifty procent of the social council consists of student representatives and the role of chairman is also held by a student representative.

Elected student representative in the Faculty Board of the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy. The Faculty Board is in charge of the day-to-day operational organisation of the faculty, ranging from educational decisions to the allocation of the faculty's finances.

Ghent University is one of the largest universities in Belgium and counts more than 44 000 students and 15 000 employees. As an elected member of the board and several advisory committees I have the opportunity to shape the policy of the Ghent University together with the other elected representives.

The Education Quality Bureau UGent (Onderwijskwaliteitsbureau or OKB) is responsible for the internal visation of the quality of the educational programs.

The Ghentian Student Council appoints policy managers to work out and follow up files for one specific domain. Within the role of policy manager Gender and Diversity, I worked and followed up the following projects: -Organizing a sexual harassment training for students in leadership positions together with Sensoa and other student representatives as Faye Bonte, Aulikki Lefevre and Julie Matthys.- Setting up a campaign on sexual harassment together with the city of Ghent and Sensoa. Unfortunately this has been postponed due to the corona-virus- Promoting and involving students of diversity groups in our student elections. - Following up on the diversity policies of the University of Ghent - Etc.

Coordination of the central student council of Ghent University, responsible for the representation of over 40.000 students within the context of the university itself, the city of Ghent and at the relevant Flemish organisations. Co-responsible for the allocation of and reporting on the Special Fund for Student Facilities (€250.000), funding meant to support the student life at Ghent University.

Rethinking Economics is a network of students and academic scholars in several countries that promotes pluralism in economics. The city of Ghent and Ghent University did not yet have Rethinking Economics group. Therefore, in 2018 a group of students and academics, including myself, organized the first meetings, big events, reading groups etc of Rethinking Economics Ghent. In 2019, we were accepted as an official student organisation at Ghent University.
