Families can relax in the knowledge that their loved ones are in excellent hands, being cared for with dignity and respect by the world's leading home care company.My current role involves: - Responsible for creating new business through various presentations, networking events and visiting local community groups/hospitals. - I liaise with families' and with the Care Manager to establish what care package would be best suited to the client.- I also work closely with the Director to talk through my pipeline each week and discus what events and service calls I have set up for the Care Manager to attend.- Whilst I am networking for clients I also use the opportunity to network from a recruitment side including CAREGivers and office staff.- Making sure all files for CAREGiver are up to date and chasing any outstanding paperwork such as car insurance documents, professional and personal references, certificates DBS checks and forms and various other legal paperwork which is necessary to keep in line with CQC standards.- I carry out appraisals and supervisions with every member of staff when it is required to do so and ensure any queries and support is offered to them.- I arrange staff meetings and events as well as writing up and sending out all the relevant correspondence to each employee.- I write up contracts and legal documents by following strict guidelines, policies and procedures.- I work on the Marketing to make sure there are various different leaflet ideas, promotional ideas and social media postings. I also attend regular events in our local area to help with recruitment and make sure HISC are known in the local community.
