I've always been a 'doer,' someone who gets the job done. I'm the type that always has a ton of open tabs on my computer (and in my brain!), something on the stove or in the washing machine, and I might even be on the phone, too. What's funny about all this is that I'm not the best multi-tasker but I work to get each thing done. And I know how to fight to make things happen. I'm not superwoman or unique in any way, just someone who tries, day in and day out, to further myself and my family to reach our goals. My husband says I have tenacity, which might just be the best compliment I have ever received. You know, I never understood the deal with not sharing recipes; I believe if you know something, you share the wisdom. And that's exactly what I strive to do. As a coach, I want each person to tap into their inner strength and find the determination to live their dream, each day.
