Develop and manage a comprehensive annual giving campaign.Consistently successful in reaching our Annual Fund goals, including securing over one million dollars for the first time in Wilbraham & Monson Academy’s history.Manage and secure gifts to the Annual Fund, as well as tracks and reports progress on key metrics to ensure the Academy meets its yearly goals for the Annual Fund. Track the effectiveness of the Annual Fund programs and created new fundraising strategies.Manages a pool of prospects through personal visits, identify leadership prospects and create individual solicitation strategies.Work closely with the Communications Team to develop all materials related to the Annual Fund, including direct mailings and e-solicitations. Regularly monitor progress towards established goals and prepare analysis and/or reports for the Director of Advancement, Head of School and Board of Trustees as requested.Work closely with the Director of Alumni Relations to coordinate event programming that supports our annual fundraising goals

Primary liaison between Wilbraham & Monson Academy and the parents of current students.
