I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT). My role as a counsellor is to work in collaboration with you to explore and support you in finding options and ways to live a better life. I have worked with a diverse population, expressing a variety of presenting problems, including but not limited to depression, stress and anxiety, MVA's, relationship issues, spiritual counselling and life stage transitioning, separation and divorce, loneliness, self-esteem, anger management, life transitions, parental support, work and career, grief/loss, addictions, trauma and PTSD, and personal growth.I have a Diploma in Professional Counselling from the Vancouver College of Counsellor Training, and an Arts & Science Associate Degree from Whatcom Community College.
