I am currently the Senior Vice President of Property Management for VineBrook Homes. I started with VineBrook Homes in November 2016. I am responsible for the management and operations of Leasing, Retention, Service and Turnover for 25,000 units in 24 markets across several states. Prior to VineBrook Homes, I started my career in hotel management in 2000. I quickly transitioned to Property Management in 2002 as a Property Manager with Edward Rose and Sons. My first year in Property Management consisted of extensive hands on training in areas of leasing, retention, service, turnover and collections. I worked for Edward Rose and Sons from 2002 – 2011. During my tenure with Edward Rose and Son’s I managed properties ranging from class C to class A with a unit count of 144 units to 1017 in two different states. I made the transition to JVM Realty as a Property Manager from 2011-2014. I managed two properties in two different states throughout my time with them, ranging from Class D to Class A. From 2014-2016 I became a Regional Manager for Barrett and Stokely Management. I managed 4-7 properties at a time in three different states ranging from 100+ units to 800+ units each for a total of 5,000 to 7.000 units dealing with multiple budgets and multiple owners of entities. I have had over 20 years of diverse portfolio experience in the management of operational processes, compliance, team building, and NOI growth. I have followed amazing mentors and truly appreciate the opportunity to mentor others to be successful individuals, teams, portfolios and markets.
