Established in 1921 by Edward Rose, Edward Rose & Sons is a family owned company providing modest to brand new luxury apartment communities throughout the Midwest and surrounding states. We handle all phases of development: from land acquisition to construction to management and maintenance. We take great pride in the communities we create. Our company, while expanding, also strives to be aware of the natural settings in which we are building. In addition, we include many amenities for our residents such as outdoor pools, fitness centers, and clubhouses.
