Forging connections and fundraising for ESP organized programs at various Boston Public Schools around the district. ESP provides underserved schools in the Boston area with a sustainable framework for managing enriching partnerships, accessing resources, and encouraging community engagement. ESP seeks to bridge the opportunity gap that exists within the education system and to foster equity across schools. Enrichment fuels engagement through programs such as swimming lessons, coding, running clubs, arts programming, academic tutoring, sports teams and more.

Plans and coordinates annual 450 person fundraiser with six-figure profit expectations in downtown Boston with co-chair and committee. Helped grow Gala sponsorships from less than $10,000 per event to $50,000 per event over the course of four events. This event raises important funds that close the gap between the city budget and need for student enrichment, arts and STEM education and professional development that help this public school thrive.

Schedule and manage volunteer staff at large food and beverage events. Assist co-founders in day-of operations at events and preparatory work. Established volunteer lists of 100+ members and maintain those relationships on behalf of DCB organization. Serve as additional vendor liaison.

Supported three Partners with full calendar and administrative coverage including client meeting and travel coordination, time and expense recording and general internal and external communications.
