I am a consultation and engagement practitioner with over 10 years experience in the design, management and delivery of community engagement and consultation studies. My experience includes stakeholder engagement ranging from pre-school children to chief executives to the socially excluded. In my current role I have embedded approaches to engagement and communication within programmes which have brought in a range of new clients and significant levels of repeat business. My work is characterised by an engaging and inclusive approach underpinned by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.I have a ‘can do’ approach and seek to innovate and develop approaches to engagement to ensure that it is not just a tick box exercise but provides meaningful insights and evidence to support change.
