Act as employer contact for 70+ ongoing contracts and consistently meet departmental objectives in accordance with regional budgets and strategies. Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with companies, non-profits, and partners to identify and address human resource needs. Remain current on labour market trends and proactively reach out to employers to raise awareness of opportunities and challenges.
