REU: Engineering Materials for a Healthy World at CU Boulder- Investigated the use of insect-based biopolymer films for self-healing concrete as a sustainable alternative - Gathered, analyzed, & synthesized data from tensile testing machine, FTIR spectroscopy, TGA analysis, XRD, XRM, and various other cement & chemical lab instruments and procedures- Presented work at several interim presentations and a final poster symposium - Utilized best lab practices and safety measures

- Designed the roadway for an alley rehabilitation project, developing skills in GeoPAK alignment, profiles, and cross-sections- Designed water, wastewater, and storm sewer improvements for utility upgrades in a neighborhood, developing specialized GeoPAK skills- Utilized Bluebeam Revu for redlining various public infrastructure plans- Developed quantities, cost estimates, and final submittal packages for several projects- Built client relationships during site visit, bridged gap between everyday and technical terms- Familiar with TxDOT design standards, illumination design basics, and utility coordination- Interfaced with executive team and upper management, in part through intern presentation- Created the company’s new slogan
