I work within the commercial team as an ecommerce account manager, specialising in supporting clients trading through Amazon.

I work within the digital team responsible for trading and merchandising the TTS website, with the objective of driving traffic, revenue, conversion rate and % of sales online. My day to day responsibilities include: updating content across the site, managing promotional activity, liaising with internal stakeholders including product managers, direct marketing and development managers to ensure the multi-channel journey is a seamless experience for the customer. Other job duties include analysing online sales performance and identifying opportunities to drive sales, weekly/monthly reporting on merchandising activity and ensuring third party tools are being utilised effectively.

My main duties include:- Managing relationships with brands across the fragrance category including Dior and Estée Lauder- Responsible for the online customer journey specifically within the fragrance category including ease of shopping, content, promotions, product copy etc.- Working with key stakeholders in the business following a trade planning process in order to execute salesplan changeovers on a monthly basis- Weekly reporting on sales in order to identify best-selling lines and areas of concern, leading to potentially reactive online activity- Monitoring competitor activity

My main duties include: - writing and updating SEO text and meta descriptions for products on the company website www.theworkplacedepot.co.uk using Magento. - writing, proof-reading and editing blog posts on topical issues and product related stories using WordPress. - social media marketing through Facebook and Twitter. - listing products and managing the company eBay account to generate further sales.

Promoting poker league tournaments on a regional scale to around 10,000 consumers through social media and email marketing, including using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Proof-reading and editing marketing campaigns and blog posts. Customer service experience answering email support queries regarding the online poker league.Knowledge of the company software, compiling payment lists, loading invoices, sales/purchase ledger.
