Sarah is a highly experienced executive coach, working with both individuals and teams to drive a sustainable competitive advantage for their organisations. She looks to enable each individual in a team to deliver their potential, whilst contributing to and supporting the overall direction of the group. She aims to balance her work in mentoring and leadership with her own leadership roles. Sarah was most recently Chef de Mission for Team England, leading the most diverse Commonwealth Games Team that has ever left these shores to the Gold Coast in April 2018. She also sits on the UK Anti-Doping Board and the British Bobsleigh and Skeleton Board.

Really enjoy supporting this fast growing business.Researched and developed an inclusive leadership programme which is being adopted and rolled out by Ricoh and Rental Cars. This has resulted in a deeper understanding of Inclusion and Diversity, and increased accountability through mentoring partnerships.Re-designed a mentoring skills programme to support the 9-month mentoring programmes. This has resulted in LSEG taking this work from a pilot in London to a global learning programme, and this being used as the core mentoring principals for the 30% club; in 2018 delivered to 108 companies and over 2000 mentoring pairs.

Developed and managed patient satisfaction reports for Priory, BMI, HCA and Cromwell hospitals for up to 45,000 questionnaires over 56 hospitals per annum.Serviced 4 key clients with similar report schedules, communicating with clients to manage expectation and prioritise workload. Identified and highlighted areas of weaknesses and worked with the individual management teams to give consistent service delivery and improve patient satisfaction.

Elite rower, representing Great Britain and an Olympic athlete for eleven years. During this period competed at three Olympic Games and Seven World Championships. Was instrumental in the development of women’s rowing in Great Britain which now consistently achieves success on the world stage.Personal Achievements included Olympic Bronze and two World Championsip Golds as well as many World Cup podium places.Elected into and held the position of Athletes Representive from Sept 2000 to Sept 2008.

Successfully organised and managed a conference to prepare potential team members for the Beijing Olympics attended by 100 delegates.Managed a £15k budget to put on the event, negotiated speaker fees and venue costs and came in under budget.Organised content by identifying specific key areas and arranged expert speakers, including Sir Clive Woodward, Dr Marco Cardinale, Karen Pickering and Ben Hunt-Davis.
