Over the past few years, I've worn an array of job titles. During college, I was an Intramural Supervisor who trained staff, managed players, and problem-solved playing through the limitations of covid. After graduation, I joined an amazing small business to learn from the owners and the staff around me. I not only coordinated most of their marketing channels but also provided customer service and sales. Over the course of that job, I realized I love digital marketing.The process of learning about all of the marketing channels for one small business opened me up to how much digital marketing impacted a business. From social media strategy and using these accounts to connect and build community online to developing ads that would target the right audience, I enjoyed all of it. Now, I am helping small businesses connect with their target audience online by using social media as the primary space for connection.
