An experienced Sales Director with 26 years in retail leadership and proven experience building and nurturing relationships at a senior level. Throughout my career I have excelled in building, motivating and training high-performing teams. I am highly adaptable, demonstrated by seamless category changes from toys to luxury goods to spirits and brand development which have each provided me with both new learning opportunities and experiences. A strong communicator, I bring honed negotiation skills and enjoy problem solving at all levels of business. I lead with red (Director) energy, followed by yellow (Motivator) in the Insights Discovery framework and as such am an extroverted thinker, engaging and highly results oriented. Following the successful launch of Withers Gin and our award winning inaugural Gin, G1 in 2020. I recently left The Watches of Switzerland Group to focus on our gin business full time and to establish Withers Gin locally.
