-Work with HR and Talent Acquisition to develop and deliver effective recruiting support in a high volume, fast paced environment for rig-based and field positions- Work with client HR teams to open and post jobs- Source, screen and phone interview applicants that meet the company's and client's requirements and job-related qualifications- Schedule qualified candidates for in person interviews for designated regions- Process and disposition applicants utilizing the applicant tracking system and in compliance with established processes- Effectively use job boards, social and professional networking sites and other sources to find candidates- Research and recommend new sources for recruitment- Provide reports to management on recruiting activity, metrics and statistics, including reporting for EEO and related recordkeeping purposes- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need
