I am a positive person who enjoys working in a fast paced and pressured environment. I have many years experience working in a customer focused role and shares many of their core values having worked for Marks & Spencer and Disney. Most importantly, delivering an excellent customer experience and maintaining the company’s brand image.Working for Disney has been a fantastic, enriching experience and I really value being able to work for the company. Working at Disney I have gained confidence, extended my skills, gained knowledge about the Disney standards and learnt about all the parks and the variety of services that Disney offer. Food And Beverage Cast Member Walt Disney World
I worked in Food and Beverage and I served guests within a fast paced environment, I offered excellent guest service and learnt what it meant to go above and beyond within the job role to help the guests and fellow cast members. I was able to work well under pressure and was able to solve problems if any occurred. I was given the opportunity to meet guests and Cast Members from all over the world and this helped me spread cultural knowledge to others about the United Kingdom as well as extending my knowledge about other countries, which was an enriching experience.I enjoyed working within a team and was able to extend my knowledge about the way the Disney company works. I was also able to extend my skills and knowledge about food and alcohol, teamwork, people skills and communication. I was able to work safely and efficiently and I was able to be courteous to the guests and my fellow Cast Members. I also completed the Disney Heritage course. From completing this I was able to learn about the history of the company and about Walt Disney and the people that helped him build what is now the Disney legacy.

I was working here on a Contract Pro which gave me the great opportunity to learn French and to gain more experience and knowledge about working within hospitality and I was able to learn a lot of information about the Disney Company and the different parks and about the different services that are offered, I was able to work in a few of the different restaurants, but I mainly worked at Colonel Hathis. I worked in both the kitchen and service. I was given the opportunity to use and improve my language skills, learn how to work in the kitchen area and work well under pressure. In the service area I offered excellent customer service and made sure every guest had a great guest experience. I was also responsible for making sure everything was stocked, cleaned, organised and at Disney standard as well as meeting Health and Safety standard.
