• Act as Person in Charge during fire-related incidents and evacuation procedures, liaising with emergency services• Collaborate with Cleaning and Security external contractors to maintain standards• Assist Senior Facilities Manager with communications to external organisations (police, fire service, council, etc.)• Monitor and progress fire risk assessment actions• Prepare risk assessments and implement best practices across the site, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations• Work with Estates, Property Services, Engineering, and maintenance teams on diverse projects• Support external Security and Cleaning Site Manager daily• Conduct Internal Fire audits and Monthly Building Manager audits, running routine safety inspections• Plan training and building inductions for new staff
