As a dedicated primary school headteacher, I have successfully driven improvement from 'Requires Improvement' to 'Good' across all areas within 2.5 years. My core focus has always been the students' emotional wellbeing and academic progress, ensuring they are at the heart of everything I strive towards. I thrive in collaborating with adults and leading workshops, programmes, and courses, demonstrated by my success in AST work, PSGs, academy conference workshops, staff training, and facilitating the Olevi Programme.Currently, I am spearheading the development of our new curriculum, including planning, tracking, and ensuring skills and knowledge progression. I work closely with staff to ensure the needs of our children are central to their learning experiences. Additionally, I lead the development of metacognition and Kagan strategies within our school. I am pursuing the NPQH. My career goal is to transition to ececutive headship or a role focused on learning development, staff training, and the development I bring many years of experience as a Consultant/AST with a proven track record in both primary and secondary education. (2.1) in English and Maths from the University of Hertfordshire, reinforcing my strong foundation in education.

Senior TeacherLower School Sep 2017 - Oct 2021I am the senior teacher in a very small CE school, leading on behaviour, maths, teaching and learning and curriculum development in particular.As a year 2 licensed Pivotal Education instructor, I am leading behaviour and culture change within the school, with the aim being to decrease the number of behaviour related interruptions to learning.
