As the president of the company, I was also the company representative in external stakeholder meetings and media interviews.In addition to these roles, I've also managed customer support and relationships worldwide. This multifaceted role has allowed me to hone a diverse set of skills, from content strategy to customer relationship management.

My role also included coordinating knowledge and content for the teams, resulting in improved team performances and higher customer satisfaction rates. As a Customer Service Support Specialist, I delivered superior service in English and French, across various platforms, including email and social media. Additionally, I helped train 12 new English-speaking team members. During this time, I gained valuable insights into diplomatic processes and international relations, while honing my skills in intercultural communication and administrative duties within a formal diplomatic setting.
