Responsible for the conception, development, management and delivery of dynamic visitor experience which provides excellent customer service and strong content interpretation. Direction of all in-gallery expereinces, from physical exhibition to human interpretation and programmings. Direction of exhibition program, which seeks to transform ways for audiences to connect to museum scientists and their research, the museum's unique and rich collections, and the contribution these resources make to understanding the past, present and future of nature and human cultures. Direction of gallery experience/interpretation program to create dynamic, social and active programming that provides enjoyable and challenging experiences for a variety of audiences.

Responsible for the creation of a visitor-focused and mission-centered education team, which successfully opened a new children's museum. Created label copy and content for 17 exhibit spaces and over 150 interactives. Recruited, hired and trained full and part time staff. Directs all education programs, including camps, school workshops, birthday parties, public events, community events and more. Coordinates daily operation of exhibit spaces to ensure quality visitor experience. Developed focused training and plans for special needs inclusion programming, including adaptive technologies kits, special access days and adaptation of school learning workshops for ESE classes. Maintains working relationships and collaborations with multiple agencies that align to audience and mission

Responsible for the complete project management of 2-6 exhibitions annually, ranging in size from 500-10,000 square feet. Manage exhibit related functions across departments including marketing, interpretation, programming, web and legal. Serve as lead media spokesperson for most special and temporary exhibits. Manage an annual department budget of over $500,000. Exhibitions included rented exhibitions and in-house productions.

Responsible for the interpretation, programming and daily operations of the ScienceWorks exhibit, an 8,000 square foot exhibit focused on natural and physical sciences. Managed a paid staff of 15-20 and a volunteer core of 35 including youth volunteers. Managed an annual budget of $250,000. Created and delivered demonstrations, programs, school classes, distance learning and casual interpretation programs.Assisted in the development of programming and staff training for Dinosphere (opened 2005)Created programs for science related special exhibits, including Titanic Science and Maps: Tools for Adventure.Worked with a team to revamp the Museum Apprentice Program, serving teens aged 11 -17. Implemented a thorough application process and training program. Also worked with teens to create project based curricula.Delivered distance learning programs with technical support from IIT team.

Served as graduate intern with The Tech Museum of Innovation for their Second Life Project. Responsible for administrative tasks, client support, educational support and visitor education.

Compiled case studies for production of computer program for medical student training in neurology. Planned lessons and instructed middle school students during the

2008 Participated in execution of virtual world version of The Tech (Second Life). Led "tours" of the museum, as well as build classes.
