In February and March of 2024, I went to Bali, Indonesia where I completed advanced certifications in Nada Yoga and Yoga Nidra. When I returned, I completed professional development courses and certifications, including Using Ai in Research Projects, Content Marketing, SEO, and Creating a Business Plan.During this time, I was also laying the groundwork for my new companies, Possible by Design and Soft Smile Yoga. My refreshed business, marketing, and Ai skills helped me craft business plans, market the company, and streamline the body of work. I’m using Ai to speed up tasks such as writing blog posts, discussion guides, creating courses, social media posts, and website content (with heavy editing as, at present, Ai tends to ask basic questions and is prone to exaggeration).In between my professional development and yoga training, I also dusted off my guitars, which I hadn’t played much in years, and started learning R&B and playing old favorite finger-picking style folk/rock tunes. It's a wonderful privilege to have time to explore, study, and revive old talents. Not only have I developed my talents and skills, I have made meaningful professional and personal connections. The experience has refreshed my perspective on career and life and has created new energy in my work.
