Possible by Design is a trauma-informed, somatics-centered practice offering creative and integrative support for people navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, and personal transformation. Through a blend of somatic coaching, nervous system education, expressive movement, and embodied writing, we help individuals reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their voice, and realign with what truly matters. Our approach is grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern science, including neuroscience, yoga therapy principles, and creative process work, all held with deep respect for the whole person.
