I managed the job planning and estimating department for the commercial division. Skills that I demonstrated, was to work with the sales staff and clients to create effective promotional campaigns. As well, I worked with creative department to ensure compliance on design standards, including brand integrity to creative photography. Resourced a variety of vendors and built strong relationships. I purchased outside services and negotiated large stock buys. I worked with vendors to ensure accurate job plans and schedules for on time delivery with in tight deadlines. Spearheaded production issues, investigated root causes and worked with senior management for resolutions. Reviewed and revised procedures.
