Customer Service Coordinator
CurrentReporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, a role incorporating all aspects of Customer Service in a manufacturing environment, including the following responsibilities:• Daily interaction with internal and external customers.• Processing customer orders and ensuring that expectations are managed and delivery dates are met• Inputting and management of customer demand within SAP ERP operating system• Invoicing and customer portal management• Coordinating customer requirements with key stakeholders• Resolving customer queries and complaints in an effective and timely manner• Producing reports and analysing statistical information. Including finished goods inventory planning• Reporting and communicating performance metrics as required• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service at Rittal–CSM
