Working with NEET 16-24 year olds, to assist them in achieving a level 1 in work skills and in a specialised field through obtaining a successful placement. Assisting the governments campaign in improving our talent pipelines and growing industry expertise.Boosting the Merseyside Economy through training new talent for voluntary work placements. Also building on company Corporate Social Responsibility.We work closely with businesses within the community to engage them on our programme.Developing a strong Consortium of companies, creating great business to business opportunities amongst Everton Football Club and Everton in The Community.

Liverpool Hope University

I have been internally promoted from an intern into a full time member of staff.I have supported several successful start-ups to achieve business funding.I project manage and deliver courses and projects to support student and graduate development.I liaise and network with external professionals to build University relationships.I have assisted with the process of getting Young Enterprise integrated into the curriculum.I manage the Young Enterprise programme both in the curriculum and as an extra-curricular activity.I take part in bid applications to support the development of Enterprise, social enterprise, intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship.I co-run the UnLtd (social enterprise) programme for our students, staff and current graduates. Recently we have won the runner-up award for Outstanding HEI.I have also worked with graduates who have successfully gained jobs in the University through taking part in enterprise activities.

I updated course information and carried out market research.I promoted IOSH, NEBOSH, CMI and CIPD courses internally and externally, and liaised to organise relevant course deliverers.I internally verified coursework.I carried out general administration roles and monitored the invoices for courses.I organised an introduction event for Nigerian Universities to attend and visit Hope.

Liverpool John Moores University

I developed an Outdoor Education team building programme which has been carried out in several North West schools.I coached able and disabled children, increasing equality and diversity in sports.I assessed student development and Duke of Edinburgh project students.I carried out staff training and managed programmes that were run throughout the school holidays.

Sefton

I worked with and organised events for NEET youths and young people with extensive disabilities.I acted as a mentor to youths who had experienced substance misuse, abuse and criminal records.I managed local young people on our in-house apprenticeships.I regularly scheduled proposals for bids, ensuring enough funding was available to keep the centre open for the community. I advertised the extensive work and positive affects that the centre carried out to the wider community, local council and Children in Need.I promoted safe guarding within the centre and developed individuals life skills.
