Poplar Springs Hospital is the largest Private Behavioral Healthcare center in the state of Virginia, offering the most advanced behavioral health and diagnostic treatment services for adults and adolescents in Residential and Inpatient programs. Served as the primary liaison in the Hampton Roads, VA, Northern NC & NorthEast America market. Primary responsibility included selling the Hospital to new and existing referral sources while continually identifying the potential to direct prospective clients to Poplar Springs Hospital. Generated brand awareness by conducting personalized visitations to all primary referral sources and interested parties. By representing the agency in community events, constantly identified opportunities for formal or contractual relationships with physicians, organizations, and key payers.

I created and implemented an in-house project management system designed to effectively monitor incoming projects, advertisements, and campaigns. I served as the Manager of marketing campaigns within an international market, finding new ways to communicate through language barriers. I Monitored project status to ensure materials were complete and released within specific deadlines while coordinating, monitoring, and expediting the production of projects for all facets of the organization. I reviewed incoming projects for completeness while working with the internal departments to obtain information and or materials.
