Working with several clients across various sectors I thoroughly enjoyed sinking my teeth into many different PPC accounts at iProspect. I loved all aspects of managing accounts including the day to day hygiene and maintenance, developing strategy and ideas, improving various reporting elements as well as delivering presentations to clients on both performance and account development.The best bit though, getting to know some amazing people and working alongside them, helping them grow their businesses through Google AdWords and Bing Ads.

After relocating from Australia to the UK, I decided to try my hand at something completely different, something I was hugely passionate about and that lead me to join Apple. I started as a Specialist, selling products and answering technical enquiries in a retail store in the north east of England. It wasn't long before I joined the Business Team delivering B2B sales and services. I also took on other responsibilities, including Lead cashier (responsible for the cash takings), Finance Champion (overseeing finance agreements with Barclays Partner Finance) and also delivering training directly to customers through the Workshop Team. After my first year with Apple I moved stores and became the Workshop Champion, overseeing the scheduling, training and delivery of workshops to customers. This lead to my position of Marketing Mentor, an outreach of the Retail Marketing team in our corporate offices in London. In this role I was responsible for supporting retail stores in driving their key customer engagement programmes - One to One, Personal Setup, Workshops, Business Events, Youth Programmes and Seasonal Campaigns. This demanded clear and effective communications in many forms, high quality organisation skills and interpersonal savvy. I worked on many different projects in many stores around the UK and was also given the opportunity to consult for our flagship store in Amsterdam. It was in this marketing position that I realised my passion for digital marketing, finding the most satisfaction when working on digital marketing projects.

After several years of shift work I decided to look for a role that would allow me to create a better work/life balance. I was thrilled to gain a position as an Administration Assistant with the Department of Immigration. After a short period of time I was promoted to the title of Case Officer and became responsible for processing skilled visa applications from around the globe. This involved assessing work experience/qualifications/language ability, completing security checks and confirming genuineness of documents. I attended exhibitions promoting Australia to hopeful skilled migrants and was involved in Harmony Day campaigns, raising awareness of our services.

I started in the company as a part time crew member whilst at high school. I took a gap year and became full time, gained the position of crew trainer, and took on training responsibilities and ensured staff maintained a high quality of service. After moving to university I took a short break and moved stores, however when my course failed to meet my expectations I returned to full time and took on the role of an Assistant Manager. In this role I was responsible for meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets, overseeing in-store promotions, handling customer feedback as well as staff development and training.
