I am responsible for overseeing the HR and People Development strategy and its implementation at McCann FitzGerald LLP. Driving continuous improvement and supporting the firms ambitions from a people perspective. With approximately 600 people, including over 350 lawyers and professional staff, McCann FitzGerald LLP is one of Ireland’s premier law firms. I had the exciting and challenging role of managing the local HR support for 950 employees, whilst providing HR Shared Services (Recruitment, HR Administration and HR technology) to 4,500 Hertz Employees across Europe.Driving continuous improvements in service and technologhy in the HR Field.

Leading a HR Business Partner team that support approx 1,000 employees in the field of HR. Including but not limited to employee relations, employee life cyle, resource planning, salary structures and payroll management, C&B managment, organisational restructuring and change management.
