Working with the largest organisation of this type in the world, BNI, is an absolute honour and a privilege. I initially joined BNI to improve my local business contacts when I set-up Recruit Recruit Ltd after several years selling into major corporates and the public sector. The business we received through referrals, and the training and support provided to help build a better business, have been invaluable and a significant part of our success and growth. Over the years I became more involved with BNI, finding that I LOVE helping others to build a better business. So, now I manage the Black Country region and am currently working to expand our reach through the Black Country so that we can help more businesses and more local economies. In 2014, our three groups in Wolverhampton passed over £1.7M worth of business to members. Our newest group is starting in Stourbridge. Immediately prior to leaving Extra Personnel, to start my own business, I was in charge of the Public Sector Division including tender-writing for large scale public and private sector contracts, and managing contract implementation. Previous roles, during my thirteen year career, included: Corporate Sales; National Account Management; Project Management; Branch Management; Temporary and Permanent recruitment across most disciplines (Commercial, Industrial, Skilled & Technical, Transport, and Public Sector).

Held a variety of roles throughout the region from Branch Management (with full P&L responsibilities) through to trouble-shooting in under-performing branches, and winning, developing and managing, national accounts.
