Assisting the Development Director in all areas of School Development as required. Including receiving and responding e-mail and telephone enquiries and handling post relating to Development and Fundraising activities. Input accurate data of personal alumni records and pull queries/lists when required. Assist with the transfer to the new website by uploading data, copy and images to the new site and leasing with the site developers to aid a smooth transition. Assist with financial matters through recording income and donations and leasing with the School’s Finance Staff. Assisting with the planning and preparation of Development or Alumni receptions in the UK and overseas, as required. Including sending invitations, tracking attendance at large events, meeting and greeting alumni and working with the Association to ensure a successful event.

Duties include planning, implementing and delivering training sessions while keeping a positive and safe working environment. I work closely with captains and other student elected officers to ensure improvement in results and play, tailoring sessions to each teams requirements.
