I am a dedicated professional with over five years experience as a Provider Liaison. Through fostering relationships with referral partners and building new relationships, I have doubled my site’s census and consistently meet monthly referral goals. As Provider Liaison, my main role is to provide hospice and palliative care education, as well as promote other services offered by Bluegrass Care Navigators centered towards helping patients and families facing serious illness or advancing chronic disease. The focus of the education is targeted toward the medical community, but also includes the public across Southeastern Kentucky as well.

As an Account Manager, my main role is to obtain new customer accounts as well as maintaining current customers and building relationships.
