I am working alongside the Public Relations/ Event Coordinator at Max's Tavern to plan several events. Some of these events include a Cocktail Party, two Golf Tournaments, and two Teddy Bear Brunches.

Responsibilities: Baking, frosting cupcakes, restocking product, waiting on customers, filing orders, working the register, helping with children’s birthday parties, washing dishes, and cleaning. For the birthday parties I would set up the party room and prepare the cakes or cupcakes to be decorated by the children. I would explain to the children different ways to pipe frosting on and then help them if need be. Then I would serve them pizza, cake, and ice cream, and then clean up at the end.

I worked part time teaching children ages 2-16 gymnastics. I was responsible for creating stations, explaining skills, and spotting them. I worked birthday parties in which I had to create an obstacle course, watch over the kids while they played on the equipment, and serve pizza and cake. I also had an assigned night to clean the gym every week.
