The spectrum is from people with movement challenges such as Parkinsons or MS to more common problems such as arthritis, RSI and back pain, then to those unhappy about posture and finally people with high skill levels in physically demanding jobs: classical musicians, actors, sportspeople.Alexander Technique is a practical skill that you learn. We are all hampered by movement habits and postural sets that stop us from moving with maximum freedom. With Alexander Technique you learn to leave out what doesn't serve you.
