• Monitor international security conditions and conduct situational analysis and reporting• Develop procedures and guidelines to mitigate risk for and support the safety of university travelers• Create and deliver safety and security briefings for university travelers • Conduct scenario-based training for group leaders and incident managers, with a particular emphasis on risk mitigation, incident response, and compliance• Develop incident response plans for the Bing Overseas Study Program and the Graduate School of Business, Stanford’s units with the largest international footprint• Lead incident response and communications in the event of an incident affecting university travelers
