Current• Drive external brand awareness of our employer partnerships that may allow Strayer and Capella University prospects to go back to school for little to no out-of-pocket tuition costs thanks to corporate tuition assistance, including partnering with B2C marketing to infuse employer messaging in nurture streams, the development of an employer search tool, and paid media targeting employees of our partners.• Supporting a large data clean up initiative that includes multiple systems (Salesforce, Eloqua, etc.) and will result in better personalization throughout the prospect journey from inquiry to application to enrollment.• Optimize 900+ partner websites to increase engagement and conversion to lead or application.• Manage the marketing budget for all employee activation activities, including paid media and third-party benefits providers.
