As an Experience Strategist at Capsule, I was the connection between clients and Capsule's creative and research teams. I walked clients through the Capsule process from beginning to end and ensure that all of our design decisions were rooted in brand strategy.

Worked directly with Taxpayers' Services, the Assessors' Office and Information Technology on a variety of projects that were involved with the implementation of a new business technology system in the County. Also worked on projects involving the rebranding of departments within the Administrative side of the County.

Worked alongside advisors in the Public Health department to organize student groups, particularly the SOBER Club, as well as plan events and the coordinate marketing associated with them in order to reach out to the UMN student population.

I helped with the brand redefinition of the Foundation when Hazelden and Betty Ford officially merged in February of 2014. Through the facilitation of focus groups with executives, staff, and alumni across the country, I assisted the marketing team in creating a vision for the new organization and a pathway in which the brand should follow for maximum profitability and usefulness to its clients.
