- Client meetings to capture event brief and present the company’s credentials. - Preparation of proposals/tender documents and presenting to the customer. - Providing a detailed brief to the production team for project costing and delivery purposes. - Supporting the operations team at events by providing liaison with the customer and over-seeing the delivery of the event. - Building strong relationships with customers and being proactive in securing repeat business and maximise revenue. - Work with other staff and departments to maximise opportunities and develop company strategy. - Assisting with the generation of new sales opportunities by representing the company at nationalexhibitions, events and networking locally. - Contributing to the development of the company’s marketing strategy - Preparing and presenting revenue, budget and forecasting results to HoDs (Heads of Department) - Environmental Manager ISO 14001

- Organising and coordinating all company events including, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, symposiums and presentations. - Exhibitions included: IBC in Amsterdam, NAB in Las Vegas, CABSAT in Dubai, Broadcast Asia in Singapore, BVE in London and CCW/SATCON in New York. - Liaising with exhibition organisers, venues and 3rd party suppliers. - Writing exhibition stand design briefs, and oversee the tender process. - Sourcing and vetting suppliers. - Re-branding and up-dating all marketing collateral including white papers, data sheets and sales brochures. - Proof-reading and coordinating copy for website and journal publishers and editors. - All marketing and event administration with 20% of the working week supporting the international sales team - Also managed Screen Subtitling Systems HR function and all recruitment (technical and non-technical)
