Responsible for providing specialist HR Advise, Information and training for managers and staff in the Divisions of Facilities, Operations and Surgery (Aproximatly 1200 employees).Key responsibilities:- Advising and coaching managers in realtion to complex employee relations cases- Policy development- Absence and performance Management- Change Management- Development of management and leadership skills within the senior management team- To develop and deliver training on a wide range of HR topics- Review and interpretation of workforce information- Completion of specific HR projects

This role involved responsibility for the day to day delivery of the Employment Services department responsible for Recruitment, Agenda for Change (Job Evaluation) and providing generalist HR Advise to staff and managers. Main duties and responsibilities included: - Line management of a team of HR Administrators. - Implementation and maintenance of HR administration processes. - Responsible for the daily management and review of the trusts recruitment process - Management of the HR helpdesk - Daily management of the trusts admin and clerical bank (temporary staffing) - Maintenance of ESR (Electronic Staff Record) which holds the personal data for 2500 staff. - Employee relations case management

Management of the Trusts Agenda for Change (Job Evaluation) Project, working closely with union and management representatives to ensure consistency in relation to NHS Agenda for Change Standards.
