Support Labs provides operations support for small nonprofits and businesses working for change. I mainly work to link Salesforce.com systems to an organization's current tools. I train and manage the staff to use SFDC and provide ongoing support and guidance.

I have worked with dozens of events and projects from Coastal Cleanups to Large Scale Burning Man Art. I am as comfortable in a warehouse organizing an event as I am at a desk managing volunteers.
