Community Navigator-Team Lead
Current-Provide support to the Manager, Resettlement and Housing in overall planning and implementing related to the temporary accommodation. -Work to triage and problem solve day-to-day client needs at the temporary accommodation, referring clients to other staff members or services when appropriate. -Act as an on-site team lead for front-line staff at the temporary accommodation -Organize and coordinate planned activities happening within the temporary accommodation. -Direct staff as needed to ensure required client supports are completed. -Organize resources at the temporary accommodation (ex. Formula supply, diaper supply, bus ticket supply, mail distribution, etc.) -Assist in the maintenance of e-filing systems and related program databases. -Schedule, coordinate, and take minutes for meetings as needed. -Help contribute to reports and outcome tracking of program deliverables for the Resettlement Assistance Program.-Perform other related duties as assigned.
