The Keeping the Promise Program at Carlow exists to support our Pittsburgh Promise Students in achieving a college degree and holistic personal development. Each year I work with a caseload 55-65 Pittsburgh Promise Students through 1:1 coaching sessions, skills-based workshops, accountability partners program, and the facilitation of the Promise Sponsored Internship Program.

This was done by compiling and synthesizing career preparation resources, coordinating with professionals to organize student support initiatives, researching peer institutions to increase student enrollment and engagement, and developing and presenting graduate student seminars to increase familiarity and skill with career-building techniques.
