With over 27 years of dedicated experience, my journey at TruEnergy Federal Credit Union was marked by a deep commitment to fostering employee engagement and leading human resources initiatives. As the Director of Member Engagement and HR, I aligned my efforts with the credit union's mission to deliver exceptional member services. My role involved bringing diverse perspectives to the leadership team and ensuring our culture thrived through innovative HR practices. In my role I was also passionate about Member Engagement or the Member Experience. At TruEnergy FCU I led and supervised several departments including Member Services, Call Center and Marketing/Business Development. My expertise in human resources and member engagement was instrumental in cultivating a productive work environment that supported our staff and members alike.My journey at TruEnergy FCU came to an end in August of 2024. I am currently searching for my next best role and am willing to relocate for that opportunity. Because of my vast experience and knowledge in both Human Resources and Member Operations (Experience), I would be willing to discuss opportunities related to either one of those departments.
