About Sarah King

I'm here to help businesses and key leaders make an equitable transition to more sustainable practices. My mission is to leave a lighter footprint, build data driven policies that support the communities we live in, give policymakers the knowledge and resources they need, and lift up overlooked populations. I love developing and strengthening partnerships on the government, corporate, and grassroots level that drive support for necessary change. These passions have led me to startups supporting the transition to sustainable energy, local governments developing environmental policies, and national non-profit foundations driving the clean energy transition and protecting the ocean, reducing plastic pollution, and encouraging ethical trade practices. My priorities focus on sustainable technologies and policy, regulatory engagement, government affairs, building sustainable alternatives, developing ESG programs, disability empowerment, grassroots organizing, and policy related research. Off hours include running a fair trade business association and reducing plastic consumption across the bay!
