As Director of Community Outreach, I support the VP of Community Outreach and work to ensure all fundraising needs are met. I communicate with members of the community, businesses as well as members of the campus community to plan and execute beneficial events for the community.

As a Communications Analyst on RBC's Strategy Enablement Team, I coordinated and executed strategic events to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and brand awareness. I managed communications and developed professional development events. Additionally, I launched a redesigned communication resource package and website, and provided operational support for key initiatives, driving strategy execution and fostering collaboration across teams.

As a Brand Ambassador for Pucks for Purpose, I actively promoted the organization's mission to combat cancer through a fundraising hockey game as well as support the Special Olympics via Motionball. This involved engaging with communities to raise awareness about our events and initiatives.

I provide ongoing support to our product distribution channel, assisting Sales Managers globally by conducting research and creating whitespace documentation. I work directly with Sales Representatives, helping them build impactful PowerPoint decks and analyzing competencies by industry and market size.

Started as hostess, and was quickly promoted to restaurant supervisor. I was responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day operations including daily cash closing, payroll, inventory replenishment, customer relationships, and restaurant staffing.

Responsible for managing the customer flow and seating in a very busy environment, while working closely with wait-staff to ensure a positive experience was had by all clientele.
