Ay-up...With over 15 years of experience, I cut my teeth working for the world’s top-tier innovation consultancies. After soaking up invaluable insight into what works (and what definitely doesn’t), I co-founded Team Outrageous, with Rosie Brodhurst-Hooper, where we broke boundaries and teamed up with industry heavyweights like Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, KFC, and many more.Whilst working with these global giants, I found and understood my true sweet spot: creative innovation. It’s where raw ideas get turned into something tangible, real, and powerful. That’s where the real magic happens.Which is why in 2024, I launched an invite-only creative plug-in, where I personally lead every project, ensuring each idea gets the attention it deserves. I collaborate with a select group of designers when needed, but the creative vision? That’s all me! To keep the energy sharp and the ideas fresh, I only work with a handful of brands that are ready to push boundaries and create something unforgettable. And there's more... because as if that wasn’t keeping me busy enough, I co-founded two brands with the brilliant Rosie; Sarrosi & Laundream. In 2021, we launched Sarrosi, a D2C chafe brand that flipped the market on its head. Within the first year, we became the top-selling brand in the chafe category, catching the eye of Look Fantastic and getting some major press love.On the back of that success, we went on to build Laundream, an eco-friendly laundry brand taking on the big players and shaking things up with sustainability at its core.I know what it takes to build brands that are bold, innovative, and fast-moving...just the way I like to work. No fluff, just results... (while having fun along the way!)

Senior Creative / Visual PlannerDragon Rouge Jan 2017 - Dec 2017London, United KingdomI joined the Dragon Rouge team in London as a Senior Creative / Visual Planner. (Long job title I know, but few words covered the plethora of activities I got up to during my time their.) In a nutshell, I worked with a team of researchers, strategists and designers at different stages of the innovation process helping push design and come up with ideas routed in strategic rigor. I was able to contribute to the strategic development and design physical products, brand identities & product packaging and environments, across a broad range of industries but primarily focusing on FMCG.Being involved at the start of every project allowed me to champion the value of design in innovation, through participating in research to delivering design points of view and recommendations. I would then translate innovation strategies into clear design principles and platforms springboards. This process allowed every piece of design work I produced, to have a strong rationale rooted in semiotics, business and a rich understanding of brands. Dragon Rouge hosts a bi-annual series of seminar sessions. I was lucky enough to co-write 2 presentations and speak at 3 seminar events on the subjects of premiumisation, packaging semiotics and brand senses. Off the back of the seminars, we won multiple pieces of work and generated a buzz in the press.Clients Include: Arla, AG Barr, Coca Cola, Constellation Brands, Danone, Jules Destrooper, Marks & Spencer, HK Scann, Onken, Whyte & Mackay... -
Senior CreativeThe Gild Jul 2014 - Nov 2016London, United KingdomThe Gild is a global brand consultancy specialising in insight, strategy, innovation and creative.I worked on projects that pushed creativity and design alongside a fantastic team.My role sat (literally) in-between the strategy and creative teams, (which in my eyes is ‘The Sweet-spot’). This role stretched from involvement in the initial briefing phase, participating in market research, trend-hunting, through to platform creation, opportunity mapping, concept creation & visualisations, to sitting behind a mirrored wall reviewing and developing concepts based on consumer feedback. My highlights included visiting Hong Kong to explore innovation opportunities within the beer category, re-imagining the future of home-care products, creating new innovations for my favourite British chocolate brand.Clients include: Argus, C&A, Campari, Carlsberg, Diageo, Distell, Florette, Kelloggs, Mondelez, Milka, Nike, Skyy Vodka, Unilever, WBA, Victorias Secret and Yotel.
