Respected for consistent leadership to foster inclusive and collaborative engagement, Sarah's agility to align organizational development functions and program design successfully served her appointments at University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, Ford Motor Company, and Knopf Company (professional development for K-12 educators and community nonprofits). Presently at Crescent Hill Consulting, Sarah's practice focuses in three areas: workplace learning as a consultant/designer; women in academic medicine as an executive coach; and leveraging the inclusive engagement facilitation practice of Liberating Structures (LS) within organizations, groups, and learn-by-doing immersion sessions. In all of these, Sarah's early clinical training and 30+ years inform what she continues to do with clients involved in systems change, integration and continuous improvement.
