CurrentSarah collaborates with individuals, groups and organizations to achieve:1) purposeful meeting design and facilitation for meetings and convening of most any kind. Her first-hand experiences inform deep expertise to the planning and delivery of engaged, action-oriented workplace meetings (staff, executive teams, cross-functional projects), training sessions, town hall meetings, community engagement forums, leadership retreats and more.2) continuous improvement. Sarah's experience with different sectors, challenges and group compositions is lengthy. She is LEAN trained with multiple certifications and applies this approach to improving group effectiveness and tangible outcomes. She is particularly for her "re-set" approach. For example, increasing nonprofit board effectiveness; problem-solving work group toxicity. 3) acceleration of aspirations and goals through coaching. Sarah has coached literal hundreds of people on matters of career and/or leadership acceleration in non-profit sectors. She credits her prior clinical training, in combination with certification as an "executive" coach in 2016, as reasons why her clients establish achievable goals and move beyond those to stretch farther, as they build capacity to do so. 4) revitalization and improvement of employee training programs. While Sarah has helped many organizations establish/deepen training, re-calibrate a leadership program, or "fix" training that has fallen short of expectations. With 30+ yrs in training/development, she knows the essential questions, artifacts and people that engage solutions.Sarah intentionally crafted her own career path broadly as an employee in community nonprofit agencies, health care, K-12, manufacturing companies with union workforces and higher education. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University's Peabody College (education, psychology & sociology) and an MSW from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor (group and complex organizational systems).
