Responsibilities include supporting and overseeing the fire protection subcontractor and shrink wrap services. Responsibilities include maintaining a continuing review of the progress of each subcontract and resolving any technical issues by coordinating with the Engineering and Systemization department. Responsibilities include interacting with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environmental (CDPHE), the third party independent engineer, Construction, and Quality Assurance to develop the FCC Matrices based off on project specifications, permits, codes, standards, and regulations for certifying the facility was constructed per design. Compiling verification data and uploading the data to a SharePoint site for access to the third party engineer and CDPHE for facility construction certification. In addition, worked as a Civil Field Engineer in assisting on concrete placements, worked as performance based incentive (PBI) Coordinator writing exclusion letters, tracking PBI punchlist items, coordinating walk-downs of areas with different disciplines and the Army Corp of Engineers, and managed PBI SharePoint site in which documents were transferred to client for review. Also provides environmental compliance and permitting guidance to construction personnel and tracked deficiency reports, provided deficiency report trends to the Quality Review Board, and updated the deficiency report SharePoint Site for Construction. Responsibilities also included being a Subcontractor Technical Representative (STR) for subcontractor installing field erected tanks in which six of the tanks will contain hazardous waste and are regulated by CDPHE. Responsibilities include interaction with the client, CDPHE, the Environmental Department, the third party independent engineer, and Quality Assurance and Quality Control, managing high profile documentation associated with all re-inspection testing, scheduling and coordinating with different disciplines including Systemization and local fire department. This is a high profile subcontract due to CDPHE and client interests.

Responsibilities included overseeing, training, and setting priorities the Environmental Compliance team; interpreting and implementing environmental regulations for construction, systemization, and operations. Served as primary interface with government client on all environmental compliance matters; served as a member of the Incident Review Board and recommended a means to resolve environmental issues; and coordinated with permitting manager to identify critical environmental requirements and communicated priorities with construction, operation, procurement, and engineering management. Developed and oversaw compliance monitoring program including developing and updating plans and procedures and drafted any required reports, notifications, or submittals to local, state, or federal regulatory agencies. Developed Environmental Compliance and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Awareness training for the project; and implemented and managed the environmental management database.

Responsibilities included writing modifications to the RCRA permit to incorporate design changes or in response to the RCRA permit compliance schedule items. Coordinated with various project stakeholders including state regulatory agencies, various teaming partners, design engineers, field engineers, construction, and procurement. Worked as a team to gather information needed for CDPHE for permit modification approval and for FCC approval. Performed regulatory reviews of RCRA, Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), and other local, state, federal, and army permits for the project.

Responsibilities included being a project manager for several Navy and EPA projects including managing 5 full-time scientists and coordinating between various project stakeholders. Responsibilities for one selected project included coordinating an EPA demonstration of installing treatment systems for arsenic in drinking water in 10 small communities which included reviewing and approving engineering designs and specifications before applying to state regulator agencies for permits, training facility operators in sampling techniques, coordinating with facility, state regulatory personnel, vendor, and EPA, performing community outreach, and writing peer-reviewed reports which are posted on EPA website.
