Senior It Project Manager
As a Senior IT Project Manager, I lead enterprise efforts sponsored by executive leaders from across the University, managing multiple larger and smaller projects simultaneously. I work on projects ranging from network configuration and infrastructure, COVID-19 systems and operations, ERP upgrades, vendor implementations & integrations, classroom technology upgrades, legacy system replacement/decommissioning, custom application development, and technology efforts related to diversity and inclusion. In addition to managing projects, I designed the institution's intake process for technology purchases/renewals and project requests, which our Project Management Office maintains and serves an active role in, along with Procurement.
It Project Manager
Responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget for multiple technical projects, big and small. I excelled at pulling together subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and executive leaders from across the institution to clearly define project goals, scope, plans, and see projects through to completion. In addition to managing projects, I assisted in creating the University's first IT Project Management Office by developing the job description for the Director and myself, participating on the search committee for the PMO Director, creating project templates and guides, and designing processes to facilitate collecting and triaging project requests. I, notably, transitioned into the Project Management Office after leading and championing the institution's Digital Accessibility Program, which developed policies, training, documentation, and implemented new software to enable faculty and staff to ensure the institution's digital content is accessible to all members of our diverse community. ENGL416 Designing Online Information - The course teaches students how to write for the web and social media, leveraging basic programming languages (HTML & CSS) and the Bootstrap framework to enable students to write and design online content that is optimized for today's digital audience. The course includes lessons on color psychology, microcopy, mobile optimization, web accessibility, analytics, usability testing, A/B testing, UX & UI design, social media marketing, content marketing, and other topics as relevant. The course counts as a second writing requirement for undergraduates and is required for students studying Interactive Media Design.

As a Senior Web Developer, I worked with departments from across campus to collect specifications and develop the user interface (UI) for business applications, forms, and automated email notifications, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
